Mossford Construction is an experienced firm of building contractors, established in 1979. We have extensive experience in all aspects of contracting and have acted as main contractor on significant projects for private and local authority clients.

| We undertake refurbishment contracts where a private client requires that we take responsibility for all works including subcontractors and where a high standard of finishing is specified. We have recently completed a number of extension and conversion projects. Our team are fully conversant with all aspects of building regulations and pride themselves on their ability to negotiate and deal with planners. |

| We undertake long term maintenance agreements, acting as your in house team covering everything from simple repairs to complex refurbishment and remodelling. |

Refurbishment and renovation
We undertake a wide range of projects for both private clients and local authorities and schools. Our expertise covers anything from basic redecoration of classrooms, freshening up rental properties prior to new tenants moving in to larger projects where there is a complete change of use or re-modelling. |

Property maintenance
We have clients that subcontract all or part of their maintenance requirements ranging from small offices to large educational complexes. We can provide a fixed price contract or a price per job arrangement and have experts in all fields including plumbing and heating, electrical, drainage and general building and redecoration works. |
