We were delighted to be appointed as Principal Contractor on this project to refurbish three tired buildings and to provide bright and fresh accommodation for students and staff.

 

Working during the COVID-19 lockdown involved ensuring our operatives were safe by providing plenty of welfare accommodation, taking everyone's temperature as they arrived, and providing sanitisation points around the site.

 

Our operatives enjoyed working at this lovely facility and farm life continued around them including spring lambs and goats arriving.

Description of works
Internal and external refurbishment of two mobile classroom buildings and a timber-framed classroom block.

• Overcladding to mobile buildings

• Mechanical and electrical renewal and upgrading

• Rainwater goods and drainage channel

• Flooring

• Dry lined partitions

• External guard rails

• New roof coverings

• Cement board skirting to the exterior of mobile buildings
