Our team has started work on the dining hall refurbishment and new WC block at Oakview School in Loughton. Makes a change to have a project so near the office!
Our work involves strip out of some old WC's, demolition of masonry walls, redecorations and new flooring. We also are to build a new half height curved partition to help with the flow through the area for the children.
The new WC block has us installing two fire door assemblies, IPS, cubicles and vanity unit from Venesta and partitions, linings and demountable ceilings and new flooring. We also have to form a new opening in the external wall to gain access to the new block.
