A link building between a new modular building and the existing Victorian school.

The building consisted of a steel frame and Metsec infill panels. The pitch roof had two roof lights and a single ply membrane covering. The external walls were covered with EPDM.

Internally, the double height structure was laid out as the new main school entrance hall with desks and security for the reception staff. The internal walls clad both the existing brick and the new modular with plasterboard and insulation and new doors were installed to access both sides.
